Key Responsibilities of Finance Supervisor:

-Accounts Payable; Approval of purchase invoices on property

-Accounts receivable with assistance from accounts assistants

-Preparing deposit invoices and applying deposit payments

-Checking and Sending out Customer invoices

Requirements of Finance Supervisor:

-A proven track record in a similar role within a hospitality environment

-Commercially aware

-Driven and ambitious to inspire the team to consistently deliver and exceed

-Clear thinker with good communication abilities

-Strong working knowledge of Opera Property Management System

-Experience of Accounting systems

-An ability to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

Salary: From £25,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

• Grays: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
