Production Assistant/Body Shop Preparation

Role Overview & Responsibilities

With our rapid growth, Sterling Automotive needs to employ a Production Assistant.

The role is varied and the right person will be trained in many aspects of the business.

Our Production output is pivotal to our success and we are looking for candidates who are as passionate about automotive styling as we are. The right person will be invested in the success of the business which will in turn promote their own growth within the company.

The areas that may be covered are as follows:

Vehicle wrapping, window films

Bodyshop/painting experience

Wheel refurbishment

Wheel and tyre fitting

Bodykit fitting

Mechanical work

Powder-coating

Diamond Cutting

Experience in one or more of these will be extremely advantageous.

This role supports not only the styling side of the business but also in the interior upholstery department as well as prototyping and finally our Sterling Wheel Lab.

Any previous experience in any of the above departments will be advantageous but full training will be provided.

The role is 8-4pm Monday to Friday which is flexible to a degree.
