Production Operative 3 Shifts

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Staffpower Group are currently looking for numerous Production Operators on a full time basis for our fantastic client based in Washington who specialise in Plastic Injection Moulding.

The Role

• We are looking for candidates with production/assembly experience.
• Assembling products by hand with use of hand tools.
• Running machinery assisting with the overall production process.
• Quality inspection of a range of components.
• Maintain the company’s health & safety standards at all times.

The Candidate

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• A positive attitude and are willing to learn more skills on the job.
• Confidence on the job and are happy to take on more responsibility if necessary.

Benefits

• All positions lead to a permanent contract after a successful probation period, up to 12 weeks probation.

Hours

This role is a 3 shift pattern with shift times below;

• Days 07:00 – 15:00 at £10.00 per hour
• Backs 15:00 – 23:00 at £10.70 per hour
• Nights 23:00 – 07:00 at £11.40 per hour
• Overtime paid at £15.00 per hour!
