Night security officer with enhanced DBS
Role Overview & Responsibilities
We have a contract with a charity that works closely with colleges and universities and need a member of staff to assist whenever they are running projects at a campus.
The staff member would need to have an active enhanced DBS for working with youths or social support. We would also expect experience in security and ideally in working with young people.
Job roles include patrolling and working closely with campus and charity staff in case of any issues. All issues will be dealt with by a staff charity member who will be on-site at all times.
The projects are always for a week minimum and will increase in regularity through the year. The first week is from the 31st of June until the 6th of August and is based in Sussex. We have another two projects already confirmed for the near future, one again in Sussex and another in Oxford.
Work hours are 22:00 – 07:00 every night of the week excluding Sunday. Travel costs are fully subsidised in most cases.
