Job description

The successful candidate will be expected to deliver a positive guest experience and excellent food and beverage service.

This will include:

Ensuring that the restaurant is clean & set up correctly for service

Greet and escort diners to their table

Actively engaging with our guests to ensure satisfaction

Managing peak times and ensuring all guests are served in a positive manner

Maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift

To up sell food and drink items when appropriate

Ensuring guests are billed correctly and handling payments

Having a full understanding of all the menus and drinks we offer (portions, ingredients and food allergens)

Personality and character are absolutely imperative to be successful in this role. You must be positive and an energetic team player with the drive to deliver excellent customer service.

We are looking for experienced Part Time and Full Time Bar Staff to join our team at St Elizabeths House Hotel.

The successful candidate will be expected to deliver a positive guest experience and excellent drinks service.

This will include:

Ensuring that the bar area is clean & set up correctly for service

Maintaining a stocked and clean bar, replenishing when necessary

Actively engaging with our guests to ensure satisfaction

Managing peak times and ensuring all guests are served in a positive manner

Maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift

Ensuring guests are billed correctly and handling payments

Serving tea/coffee to non-residents

Having a full understanding of all the drinks we offer

Job Types: Part-time,Full Time Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
