About the Role
Our strategy and corporate finance team is looking for a financial analyst to manage a range of key company data to help power decision-making in business critical and high-value areas.
Your Responsibilities
- Ad hoc financial analysis, Working closely with head of M&A
- Working with data-sets on our customer base coming from Netsuite and Salesforce
- Creative approach required to address a range of questions posed by company leadership
- Supporting investor relations quarterly reporting
- Designing and compiling results summaries
- Discussing quarterly performance with business owners
- Providing commentary to results
- Work on acquisitions and strategic opportunities as appropriate
- Building financial models and forecasts of target companies
- Looking for details in data room materials
Our Ideal Candidate
- Strong excel skills essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Exhibits outward curiosity and drive to improve continuously
- A self-starter who is constantly looking to improve in a highly fluid environment
- Experience in data analysis, manipulation and financial modelling highly desirable
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage oneβs own time
- Familiarity with Netsuite, Salesforce (desirable)
- Accountancy understanding essential; qualification (desirable)
- Exposure to RPA or Intelligent Automation & Enterprise software (desirable)
