Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Role

The post holder will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Team in overall strategic planning and business development through.

The role requires someone that is engaging, motivated, creative, and personable, to join the SBC Marketing Team, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in Business.

Fixed Term 3 years - 36 hours a week

Please note: The successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.

Skills & Experience

Excellent Microsoft skills i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Good awareness of emerging trends in the digital and business space.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills with a keen eye for detail with regards to spelling, grammar and punctuation alongside a passion for the English language.Self-starter with advanced organisational ability, excellent planning and prioritising capabilities

Responsibilities

The business apprentice is expected to deliver their responsibilities efficiently and with integrity – showing a positive attitude. The role involves demonstrating strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and adopting a proactive approach to developing skills. The business apprentice is also expected to show initiative, managing priorities and own time, problem-solving skills and decision-making.

Salary: £16,724.42-£20,741.29 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
• Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
