Your new role

Job Purpose

Sofology is already a strong brand but it is in its growth stage with a lot more exciting strategic development ahead to make it great. Marketing and creative will play a pivotal role in brand growth and the Artworker will play an important role in supporting the delivery of all marketing campaigns. The role will sit within the Design and Production Team and will be a team player that can deliver amazing high quality artwork across a range of channels, across print and digital (web, email, social). They will have a razor sharp eye for detail and be obsessive about accuracy, consistency and beautiful design.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver creative design work required from the Marketing plan

• Design and create beautiful but also effective creative work

• Work with the wider Marketing team to ensure clear understanding of briefing

• Constantly monitor brand consistency with Creative team members.

• Deliver work that is of high quality and to correct specification

• Develop and design assets that adhere to style guides for campaigns

• Design and artwork for store point of sale, print advertising, OOH,

• Design support for video and animation team

• Support artwork for social channels

• Support image retouch and manipulation

• Support Lead Digital Designer in web and email creative

• Ensure all outputs are correct to specification.

Skills/experience .....

Candidate Requirements

• Must have a razor sharp eye for detail and consistenc

• Highly competent artworker with experience in retail

• Tenacious approach to quality

• Highly competent in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Indesign

• Highly experienced and knowledgeable in print specifications, colour profiling.
