Catering Supervisor

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Catering Supervisor to work across two locations in Bristol and North Somerset

• 30 Hours per week
• Monday - Friday only
• £14.00 per hour
• Joining Bonus

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their workload and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.

Role Responsibility

In this role, you will support the Contract Manager to oversee the catering across the two locations ensuring excellent service standards and high levels of compliance.

This is a great opportunity to develop within Facilities Management.

• Manage the day to day on-site operations
• Manage HACCP and Allergens
• Supervise the workforce, ensuring that the team deliver their specific services within the agreed budget and standards
• Ensuring that delivery is of the highest quality with a significant emphasis on service excellence
• Ensure that Sodexo continuously and effectively deliver the client’s needs to the agreed specified Service Level Agreements
• Ensure that the standards of compliance, health & Safety and hygiene are to the Company and Client standards at all times.
