Role Overview & Responsibilities

You don’t need any experience to join us as a Bar Team Member. You do need to be able to demonstrate that you are a great team player as well as being able to work unsupervised during busy times and be keen to learn.

Barback Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining assigned area and backing up the bartender to assure guest service
• Maintains a well-stocked and fully prepared bar and stocking functions for the dry goods and liquor rooms
• Maintains the cleanliness and organization of assigned area
• Become knowledgeable of all drink recipes and proper glass to use for each drink

Part-time hours: 16 per week

Salary: £9.50-£12.00 per hour
