We are looking for an experienced Nightclub Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nightclub, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for the nightlife industry, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Starting salary of £25k per year with an attractive bonus scheme that includes both weekly and annual bonuses.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the nightclub.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
• Hire, train, and supervise staff.
• Develop marketing strategies to increase customer base and revenue.
• Organise promotional events and activities.
• Ensure that the nightclub is clean and safe for customers and staff.
• Replenishment of Stock

The ideal caniddiate will already hold a personal licence, be available to work weekends and nights, be enthusiastic, approachable and proactive.
