Key responsibilities:

• Carefully and thoroughly interview customers to identify their requirements.
• Identify an appropriate lender and discuss their products in detail.
• Ensure customer is fully protected regarding insurances and recommend appropriate non-regulated products.
• Develop close working relationships with the residential sales team.
• Adhere to Financial Services and Estate Agency legislative requirements and codes of practice.

Skills and experience required:

• Proven sales experience
• Drive to succeed
• Commitment to customer service
• Keen attention to detail
• Current driving licence and own transport essential
