CAD Designer

Do you want to work as part of an expanding technical team for a leading scenic construction company based in Bradford, West Yorkshire?

Setstage produce scenic construction for the Entertainment industry, working on projects in TV, Film, Concert touring, Theatre, Visual Merchandising, Ceremonies and more. As we grow as a company we need to expand the team to deal with the high volume of work we have coming in. This is a very exciting time to join the company as we go from strength to strength.

We are looking for a CAD Design Engineer to:

· Produce CAD drawings, CNC cut files, interpret client drawings and convert to costing and workshop drawings.

· Be able to produce drawings from client ideas to aid the company in winning projects.

· Assist and liaise with the project manager during design, build and installation as required.

· Manage and prioritise time across projects.

You as a CAD Designer will need to be

· HNC/D or Degree qualified in CAD Designing or relevant industry experience.

· Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and members of the team.

· CAD literate in 3D Cad such as Autocad, Solidworks, Solid Edge, Radan & Vectorworks.

· 2yrs experience ideally but we will consider all applications form CAD proficient applicants.

· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

It would be a strong advantage if you have experience in the event/ entertainment industries

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £18,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
