Role Overview & Responsibilities

Scoops Ice Cream & Dessert Lounge are looking to hire a motivated individual to join the Walkley store on a full time basis. The hours will be 12-10pm and various shifts on the weekend. Desert shop or Fast Food experience essential. Please bear in mind you will be required to work weekends. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage their stations effectively. Any Barista experience would be beneficial. Some of your responsibilities include:

• Meet store goals and ensure you are working within a team effectively
• Take orders, payments, greet customers and serve exceptionally.
• Prepare Burgers, Milkshakes, Desserts, Waffles, Crepes, Etc to a high standard
• Ensure store cleaniness is maintained throughout the shift
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete store maintenance duties and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain a perfect level of repeat customer retention
• Multi-tasking and able to manage multiple tasks especially during busy periods.
• Independently be able to manage workstation and duties
• Deal with all issues that arise from customers such as complaints or queries etc
• Weekend availabilty is a must for this role

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £9.50 per hour

Experience:

• Customer Service: 2 year (Required)
• Food preparation & handling: 1 year (Required)
• Dessert shop experience: 1 Years
