Full-time Waiting Staff(Japanese restaurant)

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Japanese restaurant Sanjugo is looking for Full-Time waiting staff, £basic rate-£13 per hour(depend on experience)

We are based in trendy Shoreditch, London, EC2a 4HU, close to Station. The restaurant environment is cosy and friendly.

Candidates

MUST had basic knowledge about Sushi & Japanese foods, hard working and can do attitude.

Must have minimum 1 year relevant work experience.

Role Responsibility

Your day-to-day tasks may include:

• greeting customers as they arrive and showing them to their table
• giving out menus and taking orders for food and drink
• serving food and drinks
• dealing with bill payments
• making sure tables are clean and tidy
• You'll also be on hand to answer any questions and make sure that customers enjoy their experience.
• Ensure customers feel welcome and comfortable throughout the event
• Perform duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner
• Perform reasonable alternative duties, as instructed by your Manager

You'll need:

• The ability to remain calm under pressure
• The ability to memorise orders
• Numeracy skills
• Capable of delivering highest quality customer service

Salary: £7.96-£13.00 per hour
