Role Overview & Responsibilities

Saffron Accessories Limited (Saffron) is a well-established retail company specialising in the sale of costume jewellery, bags and other ladies accessories.

We are recruiting for a sales assistant to work at our store in Westfield Stratford City.

The ideal candidate will bring energy and commitment, provide the highest levels of customer service and offer a unique sales experience, ensuring that clients want to revisit us.

We are looking for someone who will reflect a passion for our ladies jewellery whilst providing an excellent experience to our customers. You will thrive off working in a bustling retail environment and have a flair for tailoring the Saffron experience for each customer.

You must be a well-presented, confident, ambitious person who is able to build and maintain a rapport quickly with a wide variety of people.

This role will require you to be flexible in the hours that you work, proactive and driven to make every customer’s experience a special one. A passion for jewellery would be an advantage!

The role will involve:

• Dealing with client enquiries
• Representing the company in a professional manner
• Merchandising store displays and providing feedback
• Maintaining stock and store appearance to maximise sales
• Act as role model and continuously develop your knowledge

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a passion for jewellery and ladies accessories
• Have customer service, retail or sales experience
• Be professional and well-presented
• Have a critical eye for detail
• Be flexible, reliable and willing to learn
• Be pro-active in building new customer relations and maintaining existing ones
• Target driven and self-motivated to deliver beyond expectation
