Self Employed Cleaner

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a self employed cleaner to work part time cleaning the communal areas in privately owned blocks of flats located in Paddock Wood, Kent. The Job would involve 5 hours cleaning, on 1 day every 2 weeks.

The works to be undertaken are:

Clean all communal areas including stairs, landing and front porch way.

Vacuum carpets and mats.

Sweep and wash hard floor as required.

Damp, dust and polish dry all applicable areas.

Wipe clean all light switches.

Clean and dry polish to both sides all wooden doors.

Spot clean as appropriate all walls.

Remove any cobwebs.

A minimum of 2 years cleaning experience is required

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Paddock Wood: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Cleaning: 2 years (preferred)
