Role Overview & Responsibilities

Have you got what it takes to work as part of a team, providing appropriate day to day care for a small number of residents (25) that meets their individual needs in a warm & friendly care home environment. Our residents are frail elderly & some living with Dementia over the age of 65. No experience necessary as full training can be given.

Required: You will need a genuine interest in working within the care environment.

Be a positive team player

Be able to communicate effectively & follow instructions

Be willing to attend training programme & staff meetings

Have a satisfactory Police check (DBS check)

Supply two references (One of these should be your last employer if you have one)

No long days required however these may be available on request at interview.

Day shifts are a mix of early 7am - 2pm afternoon shifts 1.45pm - 8.45pm and will include working either an early or late shift every other weekend.
