Event Staff: Roller Disco

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Rollerstop is an independently owned roller skating venue that runs roller discos and lessons for families and adults. We are recruiting part-time event staff to join our team.

This is a customer-facing role with the aim of helping customers have a fun & safe time during their visit. Duties are varied but could include:

• Welcoming customers at reception
• Working on Skate Hire
• Rink Marshalling

Applicants must have experience in a customer service position, for example, retail, leisure or in a cafe/ restaurant. It is not essential that you can skate but a willingness to learn would be advantageous. Typically the venue is open during evenings and weekends, however, during school holidays, we are open during weekday day times too.

You would be working as part of a friendly but hardworking team, rotas are made at least 2 weeks in advance and entry to the roller disco is complimentary for all staff. We also plant a tree annually for every employee.

Salary: £7.50-£10.73 per hour
