Role Overview & Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity for an aspiring engineer to join our growing IT Support business (MSP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Logging/Ticketing Incoming Requests
• Answer all queries efficiently via email and/or telephone.
• Administer and maintain corporate customer infrastructure both onsite and hosted within Microsoft 365
• Server administration; monitoring, maintenance, and support.
• Onsite Support as and when required by customers
• Updating technical documentation

• Windows Desktop (Windows 10/11)
• Windows Server 2016/2019
• Active Directory
• Network Troubleshooting
• Hyper-V
• Microsoft Office
• Azure AD and Microsoft 365
• Strong Customer Service Skills

Salary and benefits will be dependant on experience and skill set.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £18,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
