Role Overview & Responsibilities
Design and Technical are involved in every stage of the house building process, from initial feasibility studies on a piece of land to the delivery of final layouts to our sales teams. As such, it’s the best place to be if you’re keen to experience the bigger picture.
To assist with the preparation of planning applications under the guidance from the Design team
Assist with the production of layouts and technical reports
Provide technical and engineering support and information to Construction, Commercial and Sales departments
Gain knowledge and experience in the use of AutoCAD
