We have an extremely exciting opportunity at a fast growing company based in Horsham to learn how to become a Recruitment Consultant, working within Life Sciences.

Basic Salary £20,800 – depending on experience, with uncapped commission

Realistic 1st year earnings of £30,000 - 40,000, 2nd year £60,000 and 3rd year £80,000+ (top performers earn over £100,000)

Horsham Office

Monday - Friday only

Full training is provided

The ideal candidate:

Articulate, Driven and hardworking

Strong academic background

6+ months experience in office based work (Sales or Telemarketing ideal but not essential)

• Sourcing high-calibre candidates for specialist roles across the globe

• Establishing relationships with candidates for long-term collaborations

• Developing new business opportunities through proactive client introduction and relationship management
