About The Role

RAC have an exciting opportunity for a Contracted Services Administrator to join our Contracted ServicesTeam here at RAC on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract

You will be working with a group of talented Administrators in performing the administrative tasks of payments and adjustments to support our Suppliers across the UK and Ireland network, the Contracted Services team are the heartbeat of all supplier payments, queries and general administration.

Dealing with queries from suppliers within the dedicated inbox, processing claims in accordance with agreements per individual supplier. Delivering effective communication to our internal contractor team and external suppliers at all levels.

You will be communicating with our Supplier Network both over email and telephone in a structured and effective manner, ensuring all terms and outcomes are clear and resolving any concerns in a positive language.

This role is Hybrid working hours based from our iconic Bescot office

Key Accountabilities:

  • Administrating financial records, invoices, credits, and statements
  • Analysing tasks on what is claimed, paid and due
  • Cross referencing large amounts of data held in claims, paid data and on our ICAD deployment systems
  • Achieve individual and department KPI’s and quality measures
  • Build and update product and process knowledge
  • Build relationships with suppliers and internal departments, involving them to generate correct outcomes
  • Outbound calls to Suppliers, Internal departments and stakeholders when necessary
  • Updating payment, internal databases and deployment systems with required information for processing

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent accuracy thoroughness and attention to detail
  • Proven Customer Service skills and the ability to create rapport quickly
  • Can build and maintain relationships with Suppliers
  • Proficient at using IT systems such as email
  • Previous experience in our ICAD deployment system desirable
  • Fluent in Microsoft Excel desirable
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Work effectively as part of a team and find opportunities for improvement
  • A process driven individual who thrives working under pressure
  • Willingness to support others in their role so the Company can achieve its objectives

You will be reporting to Supply Chain Team Manager
