Position - Supervisor

As the Supervisor you will lead by example demonstrating product knowledge and being commercially aware. It will be your responsibility to motivate your team to exceed Company targets and KPI`S ensuring that they are offering exceptional customer service and remaining productive at all times. Your goal will be to exceed customer expectations, through consistent availability in an appealing retail environment.

To be considered for this position you must have at least 6 months previous retail experience working within a commercial customer focused environment. It would be great that you have previous experience working within a FMCG/ convenience setting, but this is not an essential as we will equip you with the skills you need to succeed!

We are seeking candidates who have a passion for retail and really enjoy working within a local community. Due to the constantly changing nature of convenience retailing, you must be adaptable your approach to work, you will be determined, hardworking and reliable. In addition to this you will be an effective and confident communicator with excellent organisational and problem solving skills with a real ‘can do’ attitude.

Your working week will consist of 5 shifts.

In addition to the above, we want the right person to:

· Be target driven, and passionate about guiding a team to success.

· Be able to maintain a very high standard of customer service at all times.

· Have a clear understanding of working towards KPI`S.

· Have strong commercial awareness and visual merchandising skills.

· Be able to build long lasting relationships with all customers

· Bring fresh ideas to drive business.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £12.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
