Car Park Supervisor

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We currently have an opportunity for a Site Supervisor at our site in Foyleside Shopping Centre.

Reporting to the Operations Manager. Your role as Site Supervisor will include:

• Managing the day to day running of the car park whilst maximizing revenue and ensuring all users of the car park receive exceptional levels of customer service;
• Ensuring all customer queries are dealt with in an effective and professional manner, and to provide efficient resolutions to queries;
• Accurately completing all administrative tasks, whilst adhering to Company policies and procedures;
• Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for providing feedback on team and individual performance;
• Managing and training the team to ensure daily and weekly tasks outline by line management are achieved within the agreed timeframes;
• Developing or executing employee feedback and recognition programs
• Creating and managing team schedules
• Sending reports on weekly takings and any discrepancies
• Training new hires, when required
• Completing Cash Collections
• Ensuring Paystations are in good working order and completing repairs when required.
• Providing administrative support to line management as and when required.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous supervisory experience
• Be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively manage and motivate the teams to get results and meet service delivery requirements
• Be able to interact effectively with customers/clients at all levels and to meet and manage customer/client expectations
• Have a strong set of personal values which match those of the organisation and the vision of the Company

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £11.00 per hour
