Design Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Design Assistant to join our growing team.

Ideally you will have some experience designing using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign), but more importantly you will be enthusiastic, energetic and keen to learn, with a confident manner and approachable personality. Technical knowledge would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given. You will have the opportunity to learn from and shadow our Senior Designer as well as the Web Developer.

Your Responsibilities

• General graphic design admin and supporting our Senior Designer/Web Developer
• Updating pre-designed email campaigns
• Updating images on our website
• Creating smart images in Adobe Photoshop
• Creating graphics for social media
• Updating email signatures/email graphics
• Updating internal showroom graphics
• Updating existing templates

Experience required: 1 year

Competent with Adobe Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator

Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment

Great communicator with an eye for detail

Versatile and flexible with a can do attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £22,000.00 per year
