Role Overview & Responsibilities

We have full-time roles available on double day shift in our world class Wisbech manufacturing site which produces canned products for leading UK and Europe supermarkets.

Operative - Manufacturing Product Lines
Key Responsibilities:

  • Working across multiple production lines producing food canned goods for leading brands including Branston, Princes and supermarket own branded soups and baked beans.
  • Quality checking product packaging.
  • Ensure correct ingredients are used for each product line.
  • Ensure correct product labelling is used for each production line.
  • Carry out all duties within Princes quality, safety and environmental frameworks.
  • Carry out all duties by liaising with other team members and other support departments as necessary to ensure efficient continuous running of the line

Working hours
Week 1: Monday to Thursday 06.00-14.00, Friday 06.00-12.00
Week 2: Monday to Thursday 14.00-22.00, Friday 12.00-18.00

Experience/Knowledge/Skills

  • Previous food manufacturing experience is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication.
  • Teamwork.
  • Attention to detail.
  • The ability to work in an efficient and timely manner.
