In this newly created position you will support the Senior JDA WMS Analyst in ensuring the Warehouse Management System operates effectively.

The role will develop as your knowledge grows and you will become an WMS expert working to continuously develop its functions. The role will provide a link between the Warehouse and Buying / Buying Admin, along with the link between the Warehouse, Sales, Customer Operations and Finance, aiming to improve process efficiencies.

Location: Office based - S20, Sheffield with travel to S63 site), hybrid working available

What you'll be doing

You’ll get to develop and grow in this new role, becoming a key playing in supporting the wider team to ensure systems run effectively and efficiently.

How you'll do it

• Pick Face Management – Creation, Deletion, Relocation.

• Dealing with allocations / picking issues and reallocations.

• Suspense Management – Working with stock control to investigate lost and found products and approve remedial action.

• Checking back into stocks (BITS) and returning to Customer Operation for credit

• Management Fake BITs to resolve issues and support the wider team.

• Dealing with day-to-day issues and ensure tasks are completed such as staff sales and samples.

• Ensure across site moves are completed on the system.

• Order management.

• Ad hoc reporting in Oracle.

• Working with the warehouse to find efficiencies and identify areas to improve current processes.

• Work closely with Stock Control to ensure smooth flow of stock.

• Complete adjustments on the system where required.

• Analytical with a keen eye for detail

• Motivated and enjoys working on own initiative

• Committed to continuous development, for self and the business

• Basic knowledge of SQL

Desirable requirements

• Previous experience of managing the JDA Dispatcher Warehouse Management System
