Social Media and Marketing Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Over the past 30 years The Zabou Group has been a long-standing manufacturer and supplier of menswear having served many mainstream brands. We are now working with our in house brands across the UK and beyond and we're taking the best people with us.

We are looking for a social media/digital marketing assistant for our menswear brands Police/883Police. We want a creative individual who has previous experience of working in a digital marketing role and the knowledge of current digital advertising platforms, social media advertising & email marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an up to date campaign calendar for the brand and distribution to key stakeholders
• Oversee the execution of the CRM strategy

Email briefs
Email build and sends

• Assist in social content creation and broadcast
• Assist in maintaining the product catalogue and content on the ecommerce website.
• Assist in influencer management
• Customer engagement (email and social)
• Development of content for web Blogs (1 per week) (Blog schedule)

Content pages

• Develop seasonal marketing assets for sales team to use with key accounts and prospective customers
• Affiliate marketing ensure Awin is up to date and assist with order validation
• Assist on photography and asset development
• Agency coordination to ensure they are sent campaign calendar updates and have all assets and information required to deliver their service.
• Conduct competitor research to stay aligned with key industry leaders.
• Offline marketing support. (Stores and ATL media)
• Support with any SEO outreach requirements.
• Assist in ensuring a cohesive omni-channel customer and brand experience
• Provide support to other departments where applicable.

Skills Requirements

• Interest in the fashion industry would be advantageous
• Experience in marketing or similar role or relevant university degree.
• Social and internet savvy
• Excellent attention to detail
• Can do attitude
• Good time keeping
• Experience with design software packages such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience managing social platforms through the Meta business suite.
• University degree is desirable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
