Role Overview & Responsibilities

365 Pharmacist have a fantastic opportunity available for two people to join our growing team in Coventry.

The positions are 20 hours per week worked between 9am-1pm and 1pm-5pm. If an increase in hours is needed, this can be reviewed after 6 months.

We are a growing pharmacy so this is a great opportunity for somebody who is looking to develop their career and grow with the company.

Skills

To be successful in this role, you will be a team player with excellent customer service skills. We are distance-selling pharmacy so the right candidate must be good at using various computer software and systems and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Qualified dispenser
• Good organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills- via telephone, email, social media etc.
• Forward thinking and able to manage their own workload
• Tech savvy.
• Most importantly, a positive attitude with a desire to learn and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The Job

As a dispenser, you will be working alongside a pharmacist, manager and other dispensers. You will be required to know and understand pharmacy regulations and follow company policies and procedures.

We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and you will be required to always put customer care first and ensure that customer needs are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• To provide excellent customer service- written and on the phone
• To ensure prescriptions are dispensed and delivered in a timely manner
• To support the daily running of the pharmacy
• To report to management as required
• Details of day to day duties will be discussed at interview

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: From £10.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Coventry: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Pharmacy: 1 year (preferred)
