Role Overview & Responsibilities

Pinson TM are working with some of the largest traffic management companies across the UK and we are constantly recruiting for Trainee & Qualified traffic management operatives (TTMBC).

What we are looking for:

We are seeking both Operatives and drivers with Traffic Management experience. This is a great oppotunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.

All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:

• Trainee Operative
• M1 / M2 Operative
• M3 / M4 / M5 Operative
• M6 Supervisor
• 12C Opertive / 12C Supervior
• 12AB Operative / 12AB Forman / 12AB IPV Operative / 12AB IPV Foreman
• TSCO

Scope of Role:

Trainee Operatives & Qualified Operatives will be working with both the direct labour and sub-contract labour, meeting targets and deadlines on time.

Duties may include:

• Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required
• Managing the traffic flow at the temp traffic lights ensuring the public abide by this
• Reporting anything necessary to site or operations manager
• Reliable and dependable with a good attitude to work
• Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintaining and remove traffic management within the required time scales.
• Setting up traffic lights.
• Assisting with the diversion of traffic.
• To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
• To help with the unloading/loading of materials.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements and
• Risk Assessments.
• Reporting plant & vehicle defects.

Skills & Experience

• TTMBC Qualification (1 day course)
• Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check
• Right to Work in UK Team Player Qualifications:
• Must have TTMBC
• Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm

Salary: £120.00-£275.00 per day
