Role Overview & Responsibilities
Rate: Price work, up to £250 per day/ depending on experience
We are looking for an experienced Painter who can join our team in Richmond for Kitchen and bathroom renewal project within the social housing sector.
Additional Info: This is a self-employed position, and you must have access to your own vehicle and your own tools.
Main Objectives of the role:
- Carrying out painting works within social housing properties
- Carry out all duties in an efficient, courteous manner with due respect to any special circumstances or needs of tenants affected
- Always present a positive, can-do attitude
Must-haves and skills required:
- Experience in social housing properties
- Access to own vehicle that can be driven for work purposes
- Own tools
- CSCS card
- Right to work in the UK
Desired qualifications (however, we can support you to get these, if required):
- Asbestos Awareness Certificate
- Manual handling (can be provided in-house by Pilon)
- Working at height (can be provided in-house by Pilon)
