Sous Chef (live in)

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Experienced chef with great rate of pay, great team and subsidised accommodation available.

Working at pace in a 5 star family owned holiday park near beautiful New Quay west wales. you will be preparing and cooking meat and fish using traditional skills.

The right chef will have a positive hands on approach. good communication skills and also the ability to remain calm under pressure with a passion to succeed.

hygiene will be of major importance to you and you should be able to adhere to our strict food safety policy.

Essential-

level 2 food hygiene qualification.

Able to work weekends.

Self motivated with the ability to work without supervision

Flexible attitude to work.

You will need to be eligible to work in the UK with a valid NI number.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £30,000.00 per year
