Sales Consultant – Norwich - Insurance/Financial Services

Parker Jones is currently recruiting on behalf of an established, privately-owned insurance company based in Norwich, who specialise in life insurance and protection insurance. Our client is currently looking for an ambitious and confident individual to join their growing team.

The role:

• To sell Financial Services products and to assist other functions and departments where required. These may areas such as but limited to: too review existing protection policies, and to fact-find and sell new business to non-existing customers.
• Selling Financial Services products to customers.
• Maintaining a high conversion rate and achieving average commission targets.
• Providing excellent customer service to ensure excellent persistency rates.
• To set-up policies in trust.
• Adhering to all compliance guidelines and regulations.
• Ensuring individual KPI’s are achieved each month.

The salary:

£27,500 (increased after probation to £30,000) + Commission, Bonus' and Incentives

• OTE £40,000p.a.
• Uncapped Commission

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
