Our company is seeking an Shipping Coordinator with work experience and preferably a college degree. This position requires a person who can support our shipping dept, have the ability to organize and communicate to customers on logistics and track sales orders and shipping schedules. This ideal candidate should be able to multi-task, be a quick learner, detail oriented, a team player and responsible for supporting daily operations. Bilingual required (ENGLISH/MANDARIN - speak, read and write).

Responsibilities:

• Create shipping documents to fulfill sales orders
• Build and maintain productive working relationships with carriers
• Assist to file claims with carriers for damage and loss
• Communicate with customers and dock managers about shipping-related issues
• Other shipping related assignments

Minimum Education/Experience Requirements:

• Associate degree or above
• Bilingual preferred in English and Mandarin (speak, read and write)
• MS Office Suite, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to learn NetSuite ERP system

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hayward, CA 94545: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• shipping dept related services: 1 year (Required)

Language:

• Mandarin/Cantonese (read and write as well) (Required)

Work Location: In person
