Fork-Lift Truck Driver (days 6am-6pm) - 4on/4off Shift

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Due to continued expansion an excellent opportunity exists working at PD Bannister Haulage Ltd for Warehouse Operatives driving FLT Counterbalance Trucks on days/nights, reporting to a Section Manager the role will be both challenging and demanding, ensuring productivity is achieved at all times, delivering a high level of service to the customer.

We are seeking several experienced Flt drivers who will work with a variety of equipment, RF Scanners, Flexi, Double Handler & Counterbalance Trucks

You will be part of a team that strives for results

Pay negotiable depending on experience

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Adhere to Health & Safety Procedures
• Unloading and loading of vehicles
• Adhere to FIFO
• Ensure all stock is scanned correctly both inbound and outbound
• Help induct and train new employees when required

Competencies

• RTITB or ITSSAR Licences will be required for the following FLT Counterbalance
• Previous experience with double handlers and flexi trucks
• Previous experience in a busy warehouse environment
• Numeracy & Literacy skills
• Ability to follow instructions
• Scanner experience preferred, but full training will be provided to the right candidates

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.42-£11.10 per hour
