Experienced Restaurant Waiter/Server

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced restaurant waiter to join our team at our busy restaurant. As a waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Job Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience as a waiter in a busy restaurant

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guests' needs

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Availability to work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 16:30 to 22:00

Job Duties:

Greet guests as they arrive and escort them to their tables

Present menus and answer any questions guests may have

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

Ensure that guests receive their orders in a timely and accurate manner

Provide recommendations on menu items and wine pairings

Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions

Assist with cleaning and resetting tables for the next guests

Salary: £9.00-£11.66 per hour
