Role Overview & Responsibilities

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to daily emails, including email enquiries from Influencers
• Assist the marketing team with brainstorming and planning content schedules for Social Media accounts across all platforms
• Building your portfolio of Influencers dependent on market on a global basis
• Assist with the creation of social media content
• Complete end-to-end talent management. Talent briefing, talent negotiation, closing deals, contracting, and ensuring all content is posted within schedule.
• Post and caption content for Pinterest, and Instagram (including reels)
• Respond to post comments across all social media platforms
• Manage and upload daily stories to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• Create forecasting reports to identify trending audios, influencers, video formats, and popular products across both Tiktok and Instagram
• Relationship management - working with talent manager and talent themselves to ensure our talent approach is in line with our target audience

• MUST have an existing and extensive interest in holistic/vegan/ organic life style industry.
• Love to work as part of a close-knit team
• Have great knowledge of TikTok and Instagram trends
• Great attention to detail
• Must have very high literacy and creative writingskills
• Must have a can-do attitude and genuine passion for social media specially Instagram
• Must have knowledge of creative programmes such as; Canva, Cap Cut, Photoshop etc

Job Types: Full-time, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: £33,882.00-£36,308.00 per year
