Role Overview & Responsibilities

Applicants must

- Be residence of Coventry all year round. (not students who only live in Coventry during term time)

- Have a good level of English

- Be able to work under pressure

- Be willing to get hands on with food

- Be able to use initiative

- Have experience with customer interaction

- Be flexible

The main responsibilities for the position are being able to take customer orders whilst providing a high level of customer service. This includes upselling and understanding our menu so we can cater to customer needs. The job also requires handling the payment till and ensuring the store remains clean at all times. In addition to staff must also be efficient in filling food boxes. All training is provided.

16-24 hours per week across 2-4 shifts. Shifts will range between 4-8 hours.

Shifts will be between the hours of 11:45am and 11:15pm. Please bare this in mind when applying for the job.

Staff are required to have flexible availability which includes some weekends.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-25 per week

Salary: £5.50-£10.50 per hour
