Role Overview & Responsibilities

We have a fantastic opportunity to join the UK's newest and best value retailer, we are on the lookout for a customer -centric driven and passionate supervisor to join our fast paced retail team.

The key responsibilities are:

• training and developing retail colleagues
• back office responsibilities and administration
• adhering to all legal processes such as health and safety compliance
• process cash banking
• creating a positive environment for both staff and customers
• visual merchandising and replenishment
• loss prevention

The successful applicant will:

• have experience within another value retailer
• be able to part of a team creating a fantastic working and shopping environment
• have a track record of working within an extremely fast paced, high turnover retail environment
• be able to coach and develop staff
• be able to demonstrate customer service skills

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: £8.06-£9.80 per hour
