Mobile Commercial Plumber

Permanent, Full Time

Salary: up to£34,500 + Commercial Van + Overtime

Location: Derby

We are recruiting for an experienced Mobile Commercial Plumber to maintain a multi-site commercial contract across Derby

We provide a planned, preventative, and responsive repairs service to ensure our clients’ facilities are maintained to an excellent standard. You would be responsible for undertaking plumbing and building maintenance works including reactive and PPM across a large commercial portfolio. Works could include leak detection/repair, unblocking toilets/sinks, replacement pipework, water temperature checks, replacement water boilers, flushing, servicing and/or replacement of thermostatic mixer valves, water sampling and much more. As a multi-skilled maintenance team, you may occasionally be required to complete general fabric repairs as needed.

The successful candidate will have:

• Commercial plumbing experience – ideally office environments
• Strong maintenance and faulting finding experience
• NVQ Level 2 / 3 or equivalent in Plumbing
• G3 - Unvented Hot Water Systems certification – would be useful
• Excellent communication skills
• Full – UK Driver’s License (no more than 6 points)
