Role Overview & Responsibilities

Odiin LTD is a group that forms Odiin.Blockchain and Meta.Recruit adventuring into the Metaverse.

We're offering a leading commission structure (Deal sizes up to £95,000) as well as a competitive salary.

If you want to join our team as a Business Development Specialist you will be joining a company that has evolved with the modern working way. We promote leadership from within, everyone should have the chance to become part of the management team, we achieve this by in house training and identifying hungry individuals who want to progress.

Responsibilities

• Initiating initial contact with small and large companies within our space
• Work and form relationships with external management teams
• Utilize knowledge of multiple BD sources and insisting strategies to find new quality clients.
• Working closely with senior members of Odiin and Meta.Recruit

About You

• Sales experience is required
• Experience in a fast-paced commercial organization
• Track record in business development is preferred
• A highly motivated attitude towards a results-driven role
• Good written abilities
• Outgoing with good communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
