Property Manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Looking for an experienced Property Manager to work with residential properties based in London.

The ideal candidate will manage his/her portfolio and will build relationships with clients, leaseholders, residents and contractors.

The role includes:

• Manage and oversee an allocated portfolio of residential properties;
• Dealing politely and professionally with clients, leaseholders and residents, making sure that all buildings requirements and expectations are met;
• Communicate with landlords and contractors regarding properties and any maintenance works required/actions to be taken, resolving accordingly;
• Carry out site visits weekly or fortnightly and deal with routine and emergency maintenance;
• Staying up to date with new legislation and health and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate should have:

• At least 3 years experience in a similar role;
• A proficient level in IT (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Passed part 1 of the AIRPM associate exam;
• Full rights to work in the UK (if EU citizens then must have at a minimum their pre-approved settled status).

The ideal candidate will also:

• Be punctual and presentable;
• Having excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m -5:30 p.m, office based role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £37,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Property Management: 3 years (preferred)
