Project Administrator

Norse Group has a fantastic opportunity for a Project Administrator to join its HR team based at our head office in Norwich.

The role is being offered on a 12 month FTC due to an exciting new project launching within our support services division.

The Role:

Project One has been established to achieve the transformation of the support services functions at Norse. The transformation has elements of technology, process, data, and people change.

As the Project Administrator, you will be responsible for providing efficient and organised administrative support across all Project One workstreams and will support all members of the team.

Your role will play an integral part in supporting the effective and efficient running of Project One. You will provide a comprehensive range of administrative support including scheduling and documenting project meetings, maintaining a project library of key information and project documentation, and maintaining a record of project expenditure.

Our Successful Candidate:

  • Proven experience within a similar administration role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience successfully working on projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively within fast paced environment
