2nd Line Network Support Engineer - Hertfordshire (Office based) - Up to £40,000

Nigel Frank have got a new opportunity to work with one of our clients who a leading IT Solution and Support Provider. My client are looking for a 2nd Line Network Support Engineer for this role. Experiences providing up to 2nd support, project management/delivery and network support experiences will be required for the ideal candidate.

In this role, you will assist to deliver a wide variety of server, network and cloud solutions. You will also be the point of escalation for 1st line Engineers

This is an office based role with a salary of up to £40,000, you will enjoy benefits including profit share scheme, enhanced pension plan, fitness allowance to pay for gym or sports club memberships, private health insurance and generous leave allowance.

• Experience working with MS Office 365
• Windows Server (2012 / 2016 / 2019) experiences
• 2nd Line Support Experiences
• Network routing, switching and Firewall experiences
• Printer troubleshooting
