Role Overview & Responsibilities
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a registered School Nurse to join the Fife Wide School Nursing Service. If you have experience in supporting children and young people and their families and an awareness of the contemporary school nursing service then we would welcome your application. Knowledge and experience of Child Protection processes including supporting and working with care experienced children and young people is essential as this forms a large part of this role.
You will work across Fife within a dynamic service of School Nurses, Community staff nurses, Nursery Nurses and Healthcare support workers in a variety of settings including health centres and schools. It is an essential element of this post that you have completed the Specialist Practitioner Qualification in School Nursing and that your name is on part 3 of the Nursing and Midwifery Council Register.
