Restaurant Bartending

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Bartending Staff. As a team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile and escort them to their table
• Provide guests with menu recommendations and offer suggestions for wine and beverage pairings
• Take and process guest orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with them throughout their dining experience
• Manage guest payments and ensure accurate billing
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, ensuring tables are set and cleared promptly
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down the restaurant.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, but not essential as full training will be given.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Salary: £9.50-£10.42 per hour
