Maintenance Administrator

Role Overview & Responsibilities

MYM Recruitment are delighted to be working with our new Moneymore client. Due to a current surge in demand, they require a Maintenance Administrator to join their busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity within an expanding company and a good salary to match.

Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

• Plan and schedule defect and repair work.
• Ensure maintenance and compliance activities are issued and completed.
• Allocate work to the in-house mechanics and able to subcontract work when necessary.
• Work closely with transport planners to ensure vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.
• Sourcing and purchasing parts.
• Ensure the system is kept updated with progress and records on planned works.
• Work together with the Transport Team to develop and improve systems.

Essential Criteria:

• Office administration.
• Good organisational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure.
• A positive, can-do attitude.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience in maintenance planning essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £27,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Moneymore: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
