Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Stores person to join our team and help with the day-to-day operations of our establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving customer equipment and administering them ready for processing in our laboratory, as well as packing and shipping orders on completion. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. Basic knowledge of word and excel would be advantageous, along with an engineering background to recognise measuring equipment. Both are not essential, as full training will be given. We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process orders and equipment from customers
• Organise and store items in the building.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow safety regulations and procedures.
• Perform regular inspections of equipment and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Label items prior to despatch
• Prepare and pack equipment after processing

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £10.47 per hour
