Role Overview & Responsibilities

Mortgages Now operate an agency for the Yorkshire Building Society in Sunderland
We have a vacancy for a Part Time Customer Consultant Cashier.

The role will include servicing customers of the Yorkshire Building Society, transacting their accounts, providing information around their accounts and giving details on possible new accounts. Handling of cash and cheques with banking at the local. No financial advice is to be provided.

The Part Time hours will be 21 hours per week and schedule will be discussed during interviews.
There are 5 members of the team and the successful candidate will work within this team.
Previous experience not essential as full training will be given , however the ability to listen, follow processes and communicate on a customer level is vitally important.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 21 per week

Salary: £10.42 per hour
